Refund policy

Wood is a natural product and sometimes has a mind of its own. We try hard to only use lumber without knots, nicks and defects. Should an item get through that you consider of questionable quality, please let us know so we can address it. We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you receive your order and it's incorrect, please notify us as soon as possible - within 30 days of the receipt of your order - so we can work with you to make it right. Unfortunately, custom orders aren't eligible for refunds.
